Nava is currently offering shopping appointments. Only a limited number of customers will be allowed in the store at any given time. An appointment confirms your time so that you do not need to wait in case of a line.
In-Store Shopping Guidelines:
- Shopping appointments are a free service.
- Hand sanitizer will be provided at the entrance.
- Masks must be worn at all times.
- Credit or debit card payments are preferred.

If you prefer a private shopping experience for just you and your group, we are happy to work with you to make this happen. Please send an email with your preferred date and we will see what's available.
For all orders exceeding a value of 100USD shipping is offered for free.
Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.
